Youve heard of the 7 minute workout, but now its time for the 11 minute workout! This program includes 6 progressive bodyweight workouts, each with 5 different exercises. The entire workout only takes 11 minutes!
This app is based on the 11 minute workout designed by the Royal Canadian Air Force. The RCAF created 6 progressively more difficult workouts to give an intense, full-body workout to people at all fitness levels, from novice to professional.

How it works:
Pick a workout, and complete as many of each exercise in the time limit as you can. The last exercise is always a stationary run, but you will have the option to run or walk a distance and record your time. A timer is included in the app. When youve finished your workout, you will be given a letter grade for each exercise. When youve reached an A+ for every exercise in that workout, you move on to the next one.
